Spring and Summer

I am so inspired by teaching.  I am not sure if I learn more from my teachers or from the community where I teach.  The best part of my day is always the part that I spend with my yoga family.  The warmer season is upon us and we are all shaking off the winter blanket.  I’ve already seen some changes in my personal practice.  Have you noticed anything shifting within yourself?  This winter seemed extra long and the emotions were so heavy. I am expecting the warm season to be extra fiery as well.  I will personally recommit myself to this practice every day because I have experienced the benefits on a deeper level that can never be un-seen.  With dedication and determination we can fully live in our truth, experiencing every moment as it is.  This is a blessed life.  Even the hard parts deserve to be fully experienced.  Thank You for supporting me on this journey.  I am deeply humbled and grateful.

New Year New You

It’s that time of year again and whether you are interested in getting healthy or getting organized, adding a yoga practice to your daily routine can help you stay on track.  Commit yourself to a mindfulness practice and see actual results from all of your good intentions this year.  So many people would not be fired up about this ancient practice if it were not so.   It is much easier to add a good lifestyle change than to get rid of a bad habit.  Include a 3 day a week practice to your schedule and see what everyone is talking about.  Yoga is for everyone.  $30 for 30 days for new local students.  What are you waiting for? There is no time like the present.  IMG_0713

The seasons change and fall is in the air!  Summer has been very busy and we have enjoyed fine weather.  I commend all of you who kept up your practice!  It takes discipline to get on your mat.

I am looking forward to moving into this new cycle, things always promise to be transformational as we move into the darker, colder months.

I look forward to seeing you in class!
